1. Who we are

GO AGAIN ("the app") is provided by Tibrcode Software Development, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: support@tibrcode.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ about the licence itself, Apple's agreement prevails.

3. The service

The app is a free personal notebook of places and works without an account. Your places, photos and notes are stored on your device; we do not host or receive them. The app is supported by advertising.

4. Your content

Everything you add stays yours.
You are responsible for what you save and share (for example photos of other people, or what you share through QR codes and share cards).
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Uninstalling the app or changing phones without a backup can delete your data for good; we cannot recover it because we never have a copy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others, and do not interfere with the app, its advertising or the services it relies on (such as map servers), including by automated or excessive requests.

6. AI features

AI features are optional and only run after you agree.
AI answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information (opening hours, addresses, prices, allergens) yourself.
When AI runs in the cloud, the text you send is processed by the provider named in the privacy policy. If you use your own API key, your use of that provider is subject to its terms and costs.

7. Maps and third-party services

Maps use OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Directions open in the map app you choose. Third-party services (maps, ads, AI providers, app stores) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Advertising

The app shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. Ads come from third parties and we do not endorse the products advertised. You can manage ad privacy choices in the app. To report an inappropriate ad, use Terms & Privacy → Report an ad, or write to support@tibrcode.com.

9. Availability and updates

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and some updates may be required to keep using the app safely. Features that depend on the internet (maps, ads, AI) may be unavailable at times.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app is free of errors or that the information it shows (including AI output and map data) is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Using the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

تطبيق GO AGAIN («التطبيق») تقدّمه Tibrcode Software Development، أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة («نحن»). للتواصل: support@tibrcode.com.

2. قبول الشروط

بتثبيت التطبيق أو استخدامه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. على iOS تنطبق أيضاً اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي من Apple، وعند اختلافهما فيما يخص الترخيص نفسه تُقدَّم اتفاقية Apple.

3. الخدمة

التطبيق دفتر شخصي مجاني للأماكن، ويعمل دون حساب. أماكنك وصورك وملاحظاتك محفوظة على جهازك؛ لا نستضيفها ولا نستلمها. والتطبيق مموَّل بالإعلانات.

4. محتواك

كل ما تضيفه يبقى ملكك.
أنت مسؤول عمّا تحفظه وتشاركه (مثل صور أشخاص آخرين، أو ما تشاركه برموز QR وبطاقات المشاركة).
أنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنسخك الاحتياطية. حذف التطبيق أو تغيير الهاتف دون نسخة احتياطية قد يمحو بياناتك نهائياً، ولا نستطيع استعادتها لأننا لا نملك نسخة منها.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم التطبيق لمخالفة القانون أو الاعتداء على حقوق الآخرين، ولا تعطّل التطبيق أو إعلاناته أو الخدمات التي يعتمد عليها (مثل خوادم الخرائط)، ومن ذلك الطلبات الآلية أو المفرطة.

6. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي

ميزات الذكاء اختيارية ولا تعمل إلا بعد موافقتك.
إجابات الذكاء تُولَّد آلياً وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو قديمة. تحقّق بنفسك من المعلومات المهمة (أوقات العمل، والعناوين، والأسعار، ومسببات الحساسية).
عندما يعمل الذكاء سحابياً، يعالج النصَّ الذي ترسله المزوّدُ المذكور في سياسة الخصوصية. وإن استخدمت مفتاحك الخاص فاستخدامك لذلك المزوّد يخضع لشروطه وتكاليفه.

7. الخرائط وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى

تستخدم الخرائط بيانات OpenStreetMap © مساهمو OpenStreetMap. تُفتح الاتجاهات في تطبيق الخرائط الذي تختاره. وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى (الخرائط، والإعلانات، ومزوّدو الذكاء، ومتاجر التطبيقات) تخضع لشروطها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو توفّرها.

8. الإعلانات

يعرض التطبيق شريطاً إعلانياً من Google AdMob. الإعلانات من أطراف أخرى ولا نتبنّى المنتجات المعلَن عنها. يمكنك إدارة خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات داخل التطبيق. وللإبلاغ عن إعلان غير لائق استخدم الشروط والخصوصية ← الإبلاغ عن إعلان، أو راسلنا على support@tibrcode.com.

9. التوفّر والتحديثات

قد نحدّث الميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها في أي وقت، وقد تكون بعض التحديثات لازمة لمواصلة استخدام التطبيق بأمان. والميزات المعتمدة على الإنترنت (الخرائط، والإعلانات، والذكاء) قد لا تتوفر أحياناً.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون. لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء ولا دقة المعلومات التي يعرضها (ومنها مخرجات الذكاء وبيانات الخرائط).

11. حدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات، الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق. ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون تحديدها.

12. تغيير الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وعندها نغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
